The Beach

-Siken- I smile weakly, "Yeah, I know. With a camp this big, I know there is. Just have to find one, the right one."

((Love how everyone laughed until the kiss. Then it went dead))
-Siken- I laugh. "Yeah bro. Great advice. I think she will show up eventually. Thank you, all three of you."
-Chazz- "Don't forget Scout. I would be dead if he didn't get Daniel. As would you." I glare at Siken. Just like an older brother, forget the bird.

-Siken- I laugh too. It all seemed to be a dream now, well sort of. Everything was hazy up to the kiss. Then I remember her look and then it went back to hazy. Oh, well, can't change the past. Can't worry about the future, only live in the present. "Well, Scout left before I could thank him." I say, Luna's face engraved in my memory forever, or until it faded.
-Chazz- I see Siken's dreamy stare. He was still thinking about her. "Hey Six, snap out of it. She's gone, left awhile back. Now move on." I say, using Siken's nickname.

-Siken- I smile slightly at my name. Instead of responding to Chazz, I think out loud. "I wonder if Luna even remembers me."

-Chazz- Scout returns.
-Siken- I smile. A thought dawns on me. Quickly, I remove my ring, the one I got from the band. It had my name on it. I hand Scout the ring. "You know what to do Scout" I say as I put a chain through it. Scout takes off. I quickly look at Daniel "I gotta go. Take care of our brother. I'll find you guys later." My eyes flash as I take off as fast as I can go.

I watched as he left. I laughed a little and muttered. "I've never been kissed..."

-Chazz- I shake my head and sigh. "He's off to find Luna. Siken can't just let her go." Scout returns on silent wings.

-Chazz- I 'calmly' snap "Let him try what? Get killed, Get her killed, or Get hurt more than he already is?" My anger subsides as I say the last word. "Sorry Daniel..."

-Chazz- I sigh and say "Daniel, he can't take this pain. It's not like he has dealt with pain his entire life." I stop. Then is dawns on me. "He had Scout fly Luna his ring, then he ran after Scout. I don't think he CAN just be her friend." My heart races. "We have to find him. Do something Daniel. He listened to you, a little bit anyway."

-Siken- I walk in slowly. Several times on the way back, I wanted to turn around and go back to Luna. And several times, I had to remind myself it was best like this. My hands shake as I put my head in them. I sink to the sand and just sit there. My heart still aches, but I try to ignore it. "You won't get over it by mourning the loss." I mutter to myself, my eyes still wet from the way back. I grab a grenade and pull the pin. "If I am Death's son, let me prove it." I say louder. At the last few seconds I yell in anguish and drop the grenade pin.

-Chazz- As I get ready to respond, I see Siken a little ways down the beach. He was just sitting there. I get ready to run over when I hear his words about Thanatos. I see the grenade pin fall to the ground and hear his bellow of pain. The grenade explodes as I scream "SIKEN!!" My head seems to explode with the grenade as I fall to my knees.

-Chazz- My eyes must be lying, just like my ears. The explosion never happened, it couldn't have. All my life, I had wanted to be like Siken. Never hurt, and always strong. He had to be near, just had to. Daniel searches but the smoke clears and even I can see, Siken didn't have and remains. If I ever saw Luna again, EVER, I would avenge Siken. He loved her and died inside because of it. Now the ring made sense. "He wanted her to remember him, even after death. The explosion was planned. Siken cared so much, he never expected me to see. That's why he stopped. SIKEN, WHY'D YOU LEAVE ME? Me and Daniel, we tried to help you." I feel tears slide down my cheeks. My own grenade rubs against my hand. It was all I had left of him. I yelled the same anguished yell he had then. But without the grenade.

((Wow...make Siken out as selfish. XD))

-Chazz- I feel Daniel hug me. The hug presses something against my leg, something buried, and sharp. I grab a handle, a bone handle. Attatched to the handle is a shard of Siken's sword. I walk over to Siken's final spot of existence, and bury the handle. "He loved her, alot, and now he's dead." I say to Daniel. My brain tells me Luna was his reason for life. My heart tells me she was his reason for death as well. "Luna should be told. He made sure to say good bye, I guarantee it. He even gave her his ring." I decide. "Daniel, can you tell Luna? I can't do it myself. I will go, but I can't tell her."

-Chazz- I look at Daniel confused. "Siken just disintegrated in an explosion of a grenade. He's not here."

-Chazz- I think for awhile. My mind keeps returning to his death. A ball of flame had engulfed my brother. My other brother tried to save him. Finally, I say "Siken would tell me to go. He would say that he loved me and he is now with Thanatos and Mom."

-Scout- Scout flies down behind the two boys and grabs the broken sword from the sand. He takes off through the sky.
