Powers: Can cause people to become drowzy or fall asleep 10 times a day. Can influence a persons dream to whatever he feels they should experience based on the sleeping persons personality(A serial killer being hanged, A kind person falling in love, etc.). He can influence dreams 5 times a day and each time he does this he gets a major headache that gets worse each time he makes the dreams more lucid. He can also see what people are dreaming.(Not sure if this power needs to have a limit or side effect.)

Rp Example: Chris walks down the street looking around for something to do. The night had a cold chill to it. He decided to go up the fire escape of an apartment complex and see what the dreams of some of the residents were. The first people he saw were a little boy and his older sister. Chris had the thought that the little boy had just seen a scary movie because in his dream he was being chased by a pack of wild dogs sent after him by a masked man. Chris felt sorry for the young boy and influenced the dream to where the young boy was playing a video game where he was beating the masked man with several different blunt force weapons over and over again. Chris decided against seeing what the girl was dreaming and moved on. By the time he finished snooping Chris had a major headache from influencing three peoples dreams and the sun was starting to rise. Chris walked away as if he was never around to begin with.
Biography: Chris was born on Elm Street to Emily Nelms. Chris was a nice boy and made friends with almost everyone easily up till 5th grade when he turned 10. At this time several murders began occuring on the street and the nearby town where he went to school. While the investigation was underway some snobby rich kids began spreading rumors around that Chris was the criminal and the nicknamed him Freddy Kruger. This got bad enough to when ever he walked by people would chant the same tune,'1,2 Freddy's coming for you, 3,4 Better lock your doors, 5,6 Grab a crucifix, 7,8 Better stay up late, 9,10 Never sleep again.'
Years later when Chris turned 14 the murders started again and with that so did the horasments. It eventually got so bad that Emily and Chris moved to Manhatten when he turned 15. The next year when he turned 16 he was finally claimed by Morpheus after a satyr brought him to CHB. He's been at CHB for about a month since the day he steeped across the border.
