Powers**: control weather like the rain and the snow and the hail and the lightning and the thunder and the clouds for like 10 minutes each. and she can only make lightning go two times a day.
Flaws: pukes up ice cubes cause there's this weird power in her that Renegald inserted into her heart and blood stream so she pukes ice cubes, gets nervous really easily, using her powers over the limit makes her pass out for at LEAST ten minutes,

RP Example*: I was walking through the woods. I tripped over a beetle. "YOU STUPIED BEEETLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I screeched loudly. I hated bugs, oh those idioctic bugs. That's just gross. Ew.
Biography*: Dr. Renegald adopted Cloud, knowing she was a it special. When he realized she could control weather, he jumped with joy. "WOO HOO!" He yelped. "Cloud, I want you to make a thunder storm, strike someone with lighting ANYTHING." That is what Cloud was forced to do since she was 16. Then she just broke. She broke away from the Dr. She striked him in the butt and ran. I ran until I found a Saytyr who led me to camp.
Notes: She secretly, goes to the Roman camp, to talk to her siblings. She never gets caught.
