Character Name: Dominic Regenald

Gender: M

Age: 14

Description: Blond hair, Black Eyes, Around 135 lbs of muscle, and a height of 5'11 Usually wears Blue Jeans, a green polo collared shirt, or his purple Camp Jupiter T-shirt. And black combat boots.

God and Mortal parent: Tempestes(Goddes of Stroms) and Dr. Regenald

Powers:Dominic has 3 different abilites.

1:Dominic has the ability to influence the severarity of a storm around him and at least 2 other people. By influenceing storms it could be as simple as making the raindroplets in a thunderstorm hit everywhere around him but not him. Or it could be as complex as causeing the wind speeds during a thuderstorm to increase drastically(wind speed increase is limtied to an extra 45 mph.) Can do this 10 times a day and the influece of the storm ends after a total of 15 minutes. When he influences the storm he gets major headachs and after ten times he could pass out unless he wasn't completely and totally stressed out.

2: Dominc can create a storm cloud around a group of people ranging from 1-5 people. The storms aren't anything serious(more or less they are pretty much the same as a cartoonish storm cloud.) and the worse they can do are pretty much cause a light rain and lighting sounds. The clouds last about 10 minutes and he can create 5 a day

3: Dominic's third power, in basic terms, can summon down lighting bolts during a storm and they can either enter his sword to give an electrical charge or can knock some on their butt. He can do this 10 times a day. Now if he chooses to charge up his sword, the charge will last about 30 minutes(the limit of one fight) but if he summons down a lighting bolt to knock someone back after he charges his sword then the charge will go down in time a total of 10 minutes. The charge doesn't neccesarily increase his chaces of winning and they most they do is flash out lighting when the blades connects with another weapon or if he connects with someones body they blade will cause a jolt of electricity to be added to what ever damage was caused. And the jolts are about as bad as a shock from static electricity.

NOTE: Dominic can NOT use his THIRD power unless there is a storm present at the time.

Rp Example: Dominic awoke from his slumber almost in fear of seeing the barracks as his room back at his father's home. He quickly relaxed however when he saw all the demigods around him and regained his since of time and place. He had had another dream again. No one but Trey and Romulus knew of Dominic's dreams and he hoped to keep it that way. Dominic being the only son of Necessitas at camp was feared because he could see his own future thus also the future of whoever happens to be around at the time of what he is doing in the timeline he sees. He took a deep breath and dragged himself out of bed, quickly dressed himself, and left to find his brothers then head off to get some breakfast.

Bio: Dominic was born to Tempestes the goddess of storms and the crazy Dr. Regenald one year after one of his brothers, Trey Regenald, was born. Dominic like his many siblings never met his godly parent and was subject to the many cruel and inhuman 'tests' that he put them through. At the age of 4 Dominic discovered his powers of inluenceing storms and when he discovered them his dad began experimenting with him. Dominic quickly gained a great muscle tone from the constant tests that were done to him and by the time he was 6 he would have been the most musclely adepth person in a second grade classroom. However do to his father's paranioa Dominic was homeschooled and even whe he was laerning he was being tested on. Needless to say Dominic hated his father and found a friendship between his many siblings. Dominic like several of his siblings was used in several of Dr. Regenald's crimes and betweenthe ages of 8 and 12 Dominic was forced to steal from wherever his father wanted whenever a storm was out. At the age of 13 Dominic learned that his brother Trey had run away and with this bit of information Dominic used the next storm to his advantage and by summoning down a bolt of lightning knocked his dad back into a wall temporaryily knocking him out long enough for Dominic to make his escape. Dominic spent the next year running until he met Lupa at the Wolf House and went into training. When Dominic turned 14 he was sent off on a trip to find Camp Jupiter and within a month found his way there. He is now residing there and very happy that he won't be seeing Dr. Regenald for a very long time.

Going to comment on the powers:
Power 1:
Around him a 2 other people? What do you mean by that? Does this power make him tired depending on the severity of the storm?
Power 2 is fine, as is Power 3 :DDD

By 2 other people I mean that he can keep the raindroplets from hitting him and 2 people that are close to him and by close I mean like people whoare like 2 feet away. and I added his tiredness to the end of the first power
