Biography*: Vance was born in Phoenix, AZ, and eventually moved to New York when he was 7 because his step-dad moved locations for his job. He met Jack when he was 9, after Jack had just moved from Vancouver. They were the best of friends and eventually when jacked formed a band in 7th grade, Vance became their bass player. He also comes from a wealthy background, so both Jack and Vance attended the same school since they were 9, that's where they met actually. Vance also has a younger sister who's 14 and her name is Eve.
