San Fran

Sirius walked through the darkness of the Caldecott tunnel., leading the way for the wolves and Yuki. Soon he felt the door that lead to the exit and opened it, allowing the others to get out first.

Yuki walked out the door itching the back of her head. The tunnel had been dark and the tunnel twisted. So Yuki was temporarily blinded in when she stepped out the door.

Sirius walked out after Yuki and helped her along until her eyes adjusted to the lighting outside. "Come on. I know a place where we can get some food and be right next to the beach....well..actually I know several places but this one is close by." He said to her with a smile as he lead her and the wolves along the way.

Yuki followed Sirius, her eyes looking around. Inhaling the scent of salt and hearing the woosh of the sea as it drew closer. There were several shops and cafes set up along the side walk. Out of the corner of her eye she saw an old man sitting at an out door table with his newspaper and coffee. A little woman walking her dog and holding her daughter's hand... so many people...

"You look like a lsot puppy, Yuki. Not used to so many people after being in camp so long?" He asked her as they got closer, just another block or so and they would be there. Once they got there he lead her into the building to take their order and then when that was over he lead her to the outdoor's tables.

"No, it's just..." Her eyes roved around the scene again.... "They seem so normal... so oblivious."
She walked behind him still looking around. "Its fascinating."

Sirius shrugged as they got to the resturant. "Yeah, I guess it is." He said to her as he opened the door and allowed her and the wolves inside first.

Yuki walked in before Sirius, "Thanks," she said looking at the restaurant or Cafe... she wasn't sure which was which.
It seemed quiet cozy over all.

"Don't worry about the confusion, everyone thinks this is a Cafe the first time they come." He told her after walking in and seeing the confusion on her face. He smiled and led up to the Cashier and gave them his order.

"Okay, it looks like a cafe." She said, cracking a smile. She looked at the menu and then placed an order. Milkshake and french fries.

Sirius grinned and then led her to a table that was out on the deck looking over the beach. "So, how many times have you been out of camp since you got there?" He asked her after sitting down.

"A few, I go back to school some times to stay with my dad." Yuki said twisting her silver bracelet on her wrist. There was a spidery rose engraved on it. "What about you?"

"I'm one of those few campers that can be at camp for a day to a month and gone even longer. it just depends on my mood honestly." He told her as the food came out to them. Sirius took a drink of his soda.

Yuki nodded, "I have met a few of those people. Some of them are really strange," she arched an eyebrow in a joking fashion. She took the lid of of her shake and dunked a fry in. Then popped it in her mouth .

Sirius smirked. "Oh really? And what about me? Am I one of the weird ones?" He asked her sarcastically

"I dunno... you tell me." She grinned, "Are you strange?"
Her brown eyes sparkled with mischief. There was the steady lull of the ocean and the call of sea gulls.

Sirius smirked at her. "That all depends. I think I'm pretty normal. Everyone else says that I'm a strange one though." He said to her

"Probably cause your causing trouble," she teased having some more of her milk shake. "Or is it the fact your hair sticks up in the back?"

Sirius made a joking 'I don't know' shrug and then laughed. "Yes, my hair is totally the issue with my strangeness here. " He said and then laughed again.

"You some what resemble a chicken," She grinned. Then Yuki patted the back of her head. "You certainly have the tail feathers for it."

Sirius just laughed and continued to consume his meal. "Well whether I'm a chicken or not doesn't matter. Cause I'm me." He said though, running the message through his mind made it sound rather......strange.

"This is a rather odd conversation," Yuki said her thoughts trailing along the same lines. "But yes you are still you... with chicken feathers."

Sirius smiled at her comment and then glanced at the waters as. Shadow and Albion traded looks as they glanced up at him feeling some worry for their friend. Sirius glanced out at the waters a little longer , listing his thoughts.

Yuki looked out at the water and propped her head on her hand. This was a comfortable silence in any case. Colors bounced off the water and suddenly Yuki wished for her camera. This would be a great picture opportunity.
"Any clue who was following us earlier?" She asked Sirius.

"Not one at all. It bothers me cause it seems like I should know her." He told her as he looked out at the beautiful scenery before him and her.
