Description: Short stubby kid with dark hair and brown eyes, babyish face, fair skin
Personality: Full of life, overlly positive attitude, enjoys every moment of life, has a green thumb
God and mortal parent: Demeter and a mortal named Johnny
Powers: Can make crops grow right out of the ground. He can use it up to 4 times per day depending on the crop. The strength each crop takes away from him also depends on how big he wants the plant to to grow. The bigger the crop the more strength it takes away from him. The plant withers once all it use is gone or after about 40 minutes. He can also control plant's action but that gives him a huge headache. The max size for the total height of all the plants is about 17 ft tall. If he tries to control or grow a plant more than that then the plant could take control of his body.
Flaws: Overly positive, too peppy, obssed of apricots and avocadoes (eww...avocadoes)
Pets: none

Weapon: CB spear
Talents/Skills: growing plants (even without his powers)
RP Example: We were heading home after visiting an Indian reservation. Suddenly I felt a shock as if something hit the car. I look over to my dad and see him just lying there and I open the door and make a bolt for it. I here people calling me but I ignore them. I frostbite hurts and I'm tired so I just give up and collapse
Biography: Tom was born in Oklahoma City and stayed there until he was 5 when his dad was killed in a car crash on aremote road. Tom ran away into the woods where he was raised by nature spirits .When he was 6 his best friend, a satyr, took him to camp. After slaying a Hydra the satyr died becaquse of a punctured lung just outside of camp. Tom made it in safetly to CHB and has lived there ever sence

I think the controlling a plant thing should drain him some more.

And just a technicality question. Why did Demeter chose to jave relations with someone who ran a cow-slaying place? I'd think she'd rather dislike that.

ok, I am not staff, but seriously, killing your dad at 5... with a bunch of coconuts.... it's more unrealistic than most things on this site. plus, how did the Satyr die if the goat boy already killed the hydra? and please, man. for the love of every muse that ever lifted her voice to sing, I would rework your RP example. that.... That... gah... i'm not going to bother. RP Examples and histories should read like a story, though. that was just rambly. and as I child of demeter, I suppose it's ok for you to have a sentient plant for a pet. not sure there. plus, how is throwing apples at people a flaw? come one, someone please explain just where enjoying throwing apples at someone is a flaw? I guess there's something there I just don't see, but I honestly don't see it as a flaw. and aren't positive and peppy the same thing?

I know plants are living things but how can one be a pet? If it were me, I'd simply put that under notes or something.

Now for the character application. I'm not sure that the comments on here were really helpful. I got confused as to the purpose of some of them, but the app should be something that you feel is good. Then we will take a look at it and give you some help. Now I will look at it and help you.

There is no editing done to the app. The other people who commented gave good advice and you didn't address the issues.

1) How did the satyr die after killing the Hydra? (please explain)

2) Why did a 5 year old kill his father? (This makes no sense...)

3) What is the max size for the plants he can grow and control?

4) If he uses his powers too much, what happens?

5) Throwing apples isn't a flaw in any sense of a flaw!

6) Why did the goddess of the harvest and nature have any children with a cow slaughter man? (It is not logical)

7) AHJHFKGKH...fix this application and make it good or I can't accept it!

Thanks for the editing but I think the plants need to be restricted more. It doesn't seem fair for a demi-god of demeter to be able to grow 17 foot tall plants and not pass out with one or two. Definitely don't like the four times but other wise it looks good.

I re-read this form and have thought about it. Since it says that the max size for the plants is so high, I assume that with that height, he is limited more. So with that in mind, I accept this form and hope that it is realized that an admin can over rule my decision.
