Description : waist length black hair with a red streak down the left side. dark brown almost black eyes. 5'1", skinny body type 99lbs. pale skin

God and mortal parent: Morpheus god of dreams, and Kikyo Morikaze

Powers**: can enter into another's dream and she can trick them into believing what she wants them to believe, but if their mind is stronger than hers then she can only observe the dream. can put people to sleep with a kiss that lasts about 30 minutes or less.

Flaws***: she can't climb to save her life. she gets tired and falls asleep randomly, she can't swim and she is a very slow runner. and anything she tried to cook either burns or explodes

Weapon****: twin Celestial Bronze daggers

Talents/Skills: sleeping, eating, surprising people.

RP Example*: Kisa sat staring at the blackboard with little interest. She couldn't really read what the teacher was writing anyway so she went off into a daydream. daydreams were possibly her favorite dreams. as she entered she found herself in a water near shore where a small raccoon sat as if it were waiting for her. Making her way quickly to the surface she watched it for a moment, "Hello there." she said, but just as she did, the little creature ran off. she quickly began to hurry after it, curious to where it might lead her.

Biography*: Kisa was born into a normal family, in Tokyo, Japan. Her mother hated it there so when Kisa was 5, they moved to America. Kisa was raised like any normal child, but there was always something different about her, with her Dyslexia and ADHD, she was also thought to have Narcolepsy. When she turned 10 her mother decided to tell her who her father was, through out her life Kisa was told her father was worthless scum who didn't care about the girl, but she found out different. Her mother actually loved her father and from the way her mother talked, he loved Kisa too. After that she started going to Camp-Half Blood every summer after school so she could train and be with other Demi-Gods like herself. when Kisa turned 13 her mother was murdered while she was at Camp. She was told and held a small funeral for her mother and then decided it would be best if she stayed at Camp year round.

Personality: Kisa is very shy when meeting new people so she doesn't make friends easily. even if she does trust someone she is quiet in general, but when a person earns her trust she will risk her life for them. She doesn't hesitate when someone she cares about is in danger. She is confidant in herself and her abilities, no matter what others call her. she is very loyal and caring as well. if she sees a younger child crying or sad she will comfort them in a very mother like fashion. she doesn't smile much she keeps her face blank as to not worry anyone with her emotions, but if she does smile it's for something really important

Notes: Kisa is usually quiet, she doesn't approach people much. she made a small shrine (like the Japanese make for their dead) for her Mother in her Cabin near her bed so she can feel like her mother is still watching her even though she isn't alive. she has a tattoo on her left arm, she got it after he mother died. when she isn't at Camp she wears very dark clothing. Her Birthday is July 21st.

How long does their sleep last when she kisses them? Can she affect the other person's dream, or just enter it and observe?
Her weapons need to be Celestial Bronze.
Add another flaw.
You're also missing a personality section, though you did add a bit on her personality so I guess that's fine. Smile

One more question! Do they stop "believing what she wants them to believe" when the dream is over?

only if their mind is stronger than hers, but if they are of weak mind and soul then it stays until she decides. when she does this she influences their decisions basically.

Um.. I don't know about that. I think that in order for it to be allowable you would have to ask the owner of the character if your character can influence their character's mind before you do it.

i was planning on doing that. i hate when people do things to a persons character without asking so i would pm to make sure it was alright before.
