This was like being stuck in a nightmare. Maybe it WAS a nightmare... no, it couldn't be. The still-stinging wound on my hand was as real as anything. I suddenly bumped into a table, and it nearly scared the crap out of me. I forced myself to take a deep breath. I had to calm down.

I shadow-traveled to right behind the girl who seemed the more scared, and tapped her on the shoulder.

I moved my fingers restlessly, a nervous habit of mine as I listened to him go in the girl's general direction. Please don't kill her....

"Gah!" I lashed my sword to the right, where I thought the creeper would be. He could obviously see in the dark. "What's your problem?" I asked the darkness, confused and afraid. It was like being a rabbit in a hole, and knowing that a dog or a fox was digging through to come after you. And having no escape route.

I blocked the sword with a casual flick of my wrist, then took a few steps back, changing direction every few steps.

"Leave her alone." I said in an emotionless voice. I didn't want to sound arrogant, but not scared either.

"Still." I grumbled. Oh... IDEA! I used my hands to beams light in the direction of the exit. "RUN!" I yelled.

"Then your death will be so painful you'll feel it when you get to the Underworld." I replied. Then Apollo made a beam of light, and I was instantly there, out of her sight, swinging my sword in an arc that would take off both of her hands.

I dodged to the right, running forward, my hands up (and my fingers bleeding).

I... could run.... or, I could stay still... I didn't like either of those choices. And, surely, Creeper would do something about that light.

So, instead, I ran towards the girl (who's name I hadn't learned), sword out, ready to slice Mr. Creeper to bits. Metaphorically.

When she started running - to what seemed to be the exit - I changed the angle of my course to go that way as well.

I rolled my eyes, and, with concentration, made it so there was a shadow in front of them, and shadow-traveled so I was directly in their way.

Ffffu... I just kept running, and slashed at Creeper.

I blocked the sword, not even affected by the light in my eyes. "Sunglasses. " I said simply. These were special sunglasses, of course, that could shield me from extreme amounts of light.
