Mana walks in, not paying attention to where she's going. She looks up and sees that she's in the library. "The library," she says, her tone bitter. "How ironic."

I walk in and pick up a Harry Potter book then put it down. I pick up a fairy book and for some reason start to read it.

Mana sighs and wanders around the library, not really wanting to do anything. 'I die, come back, I have one, only ONE, happy moment with my boyfriend, and then he says he doesn't love me. Oh yeah, and I'm a fire-swallowing-circus-freak who's own father didn't want her. Of course nothing ever gets to go my way.'

I sit down. "NO FAIRIES, DON'T GET CAPTUREDDDD!!!" I yell then cover my mouth with my hand. This was bound to be wierd.

Mana hears someone yell someone. She realizes it's Julien, and she scowls. 'Great. Just great. Life hates me. Maybe I should've just stayed dead.'

"Maybe I should stop reading this...." I put the book down and pick up a Maximum Ride book.

Mana sighs and sits down in a bean bag chair, hopefully far away from Julien. She reaches into her pocket and pulls out a piece of paper. As she starts to unfold it, she fights back tears.

I sit upside down and see Mana, but upside down. I scoot away where she hopefully wont see me. I fall over and make a lot of noise. "OOWWW!!!"

Mana fully unfolds the piece of paper and stares at the drawing Julien had made of her. Suddenly, the wave of tears is overwhelming. They start to roll down her cheeks, and she just sites there, unable to stop the tears. 'I'm such an idiot, thinking anyone would ever love me. I'm just a stupid circus freak that nobody wants. I'm such a freak I can't even fit in here. I never should have left the circus...' She hears Julien yell out, but doesn't say anything, just stares at the picture, crying.

I stand up, wincing slightly and go into a corner. This was a good book...

Mana sighs and takes out her iPod. She plays Boston by Augustana, full volume. She sings along softly. "In the light of the sun, is there anyone? Oh it has begun..."

I pull out a paper from my pocket and write "Hi." on it. I turn it into a paper plane and send it Mana's way.

The paper airplane lands on Mana's lap, and she looks at it. She sees writing and unfolds it, seeing what probably was a word written on it. 'What the heck does that says?' she thinks. She squints at the paper, trying to make sense of the writing, but it's no use. She sighs.

I remember that she cant read and draw a hand waving on another paper and do the same.

Mana gets the other paper airplane and unfolds it. She looks at the picture and tries to think of a response. 'How can I just put everything I want to tell him into a picture?' She sighs and looks up, right at Julien, hoping that he'll be able to see everything she wants to tell him through her eyes. Hoping that he can see that even if...even if he doesn't love her she still...still loves him.

I meet her gaze and smile and wave at her. I mouth "Hi!"

Mana smiles halfheartedly back at Julien and say extremely softly, "Hi..."

Mana glances down at the drawing, then shows it to Julien. "Remember this?" she asks softly.

My smile fades and I look down. "Y-You know I didn't mean what I said in the courtyard, right?" I say softly.

"Y-y-you did-d-dn't-t?" Mana asks, stumbling over words and letters. "Oh, Julien," she whispers, rushing over to him. She wraps her arms around him and buries her head in his shoulder, clinging to him like he's the only thing that matters, which in a way was true.

Mana nods slightly, tears streaming down her cheeks. She holds Julien closer to her.
